Terms & Conditions of Use & Sale

Like jewellery trends, things change. We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here, and the one that applies to your order will be the one in place when you hit “buy now.”

You’re welcome to shop, browse, and pin your favourites. But please don’t:
•    Use our Site or content in a way that competes with us;
•    Copy or pinch our designs, images, or words without permission;
•    Post anything unlawful, defamatory, or harmful;
•    Mess with the tech side (no viruses, spam, or hacking attempts, thanks).

Everything you see here, from product photos to our cheeky copy, is ours (or we’ve got the right to use it). Please don’t reproduce, remix, or republish without approval from us in writing.

We aim for picture-perfect accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. But depending on your screen, colours may look a touch different.

•    Prices in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, EU, USA, and Canada are shown in local currency and include any local taxes.
•    Everywhere else, prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
•    Shipping and any applicable taxes are added at checkout.
•    For our main markets, we do our best to ship with duties paid so you don’t get hit with surprise customs bills. This is baked into our flat-rate shipping.

When you order, you’re offering to buy under these Terms. We might accept (you’ll get a confirmation email) or decline (rare, but can happen if stock runs out or there’s a glitch). If we can’t fulfil it, we’ll get in touch and refund you quickly.

Payment happens at checkout. We accept the methods shown on our Site, and all payments are processed securely.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, EU, USA, Canada, and sometimes beyond (drop us a line).
•    Delivery times are estimates, not promises (customs can be fashionably late).
•    Risk passes to you when your package lands.
•    We can’t control customs delays, but we’ll try to help.

We stick to the Australian Consumer Law and similar protections overseas.
•    Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered? We’ll repair, replace, or refund.
•    Change of mind? You’ve got 14 days from delivery (UK/EU customers also have this under law) if the item’s unworn, in original packaging, and you cover return postage.
•    Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.

We love what we make, but we can’t promise our Site will always be glitch free, virus free, or 100% flawless. Use it at your own risk (except where the law says otherwise).

We’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or costs that aren’t caused by us or that we couldn’t reasonably predict, unless consumer law says we have to be.

If you breach these Terms or misuse our Site, you agree to cover any costs we face as a result.

Sometimes we link to other sites. We don’t control them, so check their terms if you click through.

We can suspend or end your access at any time if needed (for example, if you misuse our Site).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia. If you’re visiting from overseas, you’re responsible for following your own local laws.
