Free Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia): 4 - 6 business days of sweet anticipation.
Express Domestic Shipping (Australia): $12 AUD flat rate, 2 - 3 business days if you just can’t wait.
International Shipping (New Zealand): $15 AUD flat rate, 4 - 8 business days.
International Shipping (Rest of World): $20 AUD flat rate, 6 - 14 business days.
Buy two or more in one go? We’ll upgrade you to free express (Australia) or free international shipping, because we love an overachiever.
Pricing, Taxes & Duties
Product prices and flat-rate shipping fees are set in AUD and inclusive of GST for Australian customers.
All prices, shipping rates, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout in your local currency (thanks to our snazzy system).
For international orders, local duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply. These are either included at checkout (where legally required, like UK/EU) or payable by you on delivery.

Darling, let’s be real. We don’t love breakups, but we get it. If you and your necklace aren’t vibing, you can return unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). We only ask that you treat the jewellery like you’d treat a first date, don’t wear it to a rave, swim in it, or ghost it in your handbag before deciding.
Items must be:
• In original packaging
• Unworn, unwashed, untangled
• Returned with love (and tracking)
Complete the returns form with your order number and reason, and we’ll sort it faster than you can say “wrong swipe.”
Custom pieces are non-returnable unless damaged, but we promise to flirt hard with quality control before anything leaves our studio. x
